The safety and health of my customers and colleagues is important to me. Due to the current situation, new orders can only be processed in  14 days on from 19th of March. Please note that from 19th of March on until further notice, the delivery time is 3-6 weeks.

Placing your order

 

Each item is handmade to order by Eva in her studio in Hanau. Most items dispatched within 6 working days, but some pieces can take longer. Eva will contact you to inform you on special tips and eventual questions as well as an estimated delivery after each order has been placed. If you are unsure on your ring size, please read this guide carefully. For neckline size, please contact Eva directly.
   
Prices

Prices shown on this site are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to you.

 

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Eva reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.

 

Payment

All products remain the property of Eva Suba Jewellery until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Eva Suba Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

 

International Shipping


Eva Suba Jewellery is delivering within the EU according to the following conditions.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.


Returns & exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please inform Eva of your intention to return items in writing by email.

When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.

Any items that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.


Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must contact Eva via Email.


Faulty or Incorrect goods

If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Eva within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Willfull, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.


Sizing

When ordering rings it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. If you cannot visit Eva's studio for an accurate fitting, most jewellery stores can provide this service.


Website Content

We aim for photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours are as accurate as possible, however slight variations may occur between pieces. Images may not be actual size. Please refer to individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
